Key Responsibilities：
1. Provide regular analysis and updates of business performances.
2. Assist in annual budgeting and rolling forecast.
3. Perform margin/cash flow/turn over analysis to support operation optimization.
4. Prepare financial analysis reports and management memos for the executive team /investors.
5. Actively involved in the communications with current/potential investors.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor/Master's degree in Accounting， Finance. Business， Economics or related discipline.
2. Willing to accumulate financial analysis experience and possess the ability to think and act independently.
3. Strong analytical skills and proficient in using Excel。
4. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
